A polished and expressive light bodied wine with aromas of lemon blossom, guava, prickly pear, French madeleine, jasmine and lanolin. The mouth is alive with electric acid and a plush mid-palate. This is your hummingbird's favorite wine.
Serving temperature: 55-60°F
100% Chenin Blanc. Partial foot tread macerated on skins for six hours. Whole cluster pressed. Native fermentation in neutral French barrels. Aged five months on lees. Battonage was performed on a regular basis until the desired mouthfeel was achieved.
