Shipping policy

Order Departure & Arrival

We ship GLS Service to California Monday-Thursday. Please allow up to five business days for fulfillment. If you would like a specific ship date, please indicate it in your order notes or send us an email at info@littlexlittlewines.com or call at (415) 259-7599. Your order may be placed on a weather hold if the weather conditions at the departure or arrival location are not conducive to shipping wine. We will notify you via email if this occurs and will send a second email notification when your wine ships. Business addresses are preferred to ensure delivery on the first attempt. We are not able to ship to a P.O. Box. Orders containing both pre-order items and in-stock items will be shipped when the pre-order item is released to the public. If you would like the in-stock items to ship separately, please contact us at info@littlexlittlewines.com or call at (415) 259-7599.

Order Adjustments

Please let us know immediately of any desired changes to your shipping information, so that we can make updates before your order is dispatched. If the change is not processed in time, your wines might need to be rerouted or returned, which could delay delivery.

Adult Signature Required

Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. The person ordering and receiving the delivery will be required to sign for the wine, and may be required to show proof of age.
